The 2016 season opening will be held on the second playing day this year. Waratah Netball Club will again be participating, and providing a morning tea to welcome all our players for this year. We will have our gazebo up near court 10 with refreshments available (cake, fruit, water and juice) prior to the Parade, then we will line up to march in the Parade of Banners which starts at 10.15am. Parents, family and friends are welcome to come and support our players in the Parade.
For this day only, the 8:30 game will commence at 8:00am, the 9:30 game will commence at 9:00am, and the 10:45 game will commence at 10:55am.
The Opening Ceremony, including the Parade of Banners, will commence at 10:15. Players are to congregate on Courts 11 & 12 at the conclusion of the 9:30 game.
